Return Policy

Returns at KBP Doors

If we ship it to you, all sales are final. Doors are large and fragile — once a shipment leaves our warehouse we can't take it back.

The one exception: in-store returns

We will accept a return if all three of these are true:

  • You drop the product off in person at our Hartford warehouse — we do not accept return shipments.
  • You bring your original receipt or order confirmation.
  • The product is undamaged and in its original packaging.

Returns that meet all three are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

If your order arrived damaged

That's not a return — it's a shipping claim, and we handle it differently. Photograph the damage right away, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt, and email damage@kbpdoors.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the carrier on your behalf.

If we shipped the wrong thing

Email orders@kbpdoors.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos. We'll fix it at no cost to you.
