Local pickup — free

Hartford warehouse pickup is always free. Place the order online and we will send a ready-for-pickup email when it is pulled (usually within an hour during business hours). Bring a vehicle that fits the door — standard 80-inch doors fit in most SUVs and pickup beds.

Connecticut delivery — flat $99

Anywhere in CT. 1–2 business day delivery. Curbside drop — we cannot carry doors inside on standard delivery.

New England delivery — flat $149

Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Eastern New York. 2–4 business days. Curbside drop.

National delivery — calculated at checkout

We ship anywhere in the lower 48. Rate calculated by weight and distance at checkout, typically $200–$400 per door. 5–7 business days. Freight carrier (LTL).

Free shipping over $1,500

Any single order $1,500 or more ships free anywhere in the lower 48. Bulk contractor orders qualify automatically.

What we do not ship

• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico — contact for a custom quote
• International — not at this time
• PO boxes — freight carriers will not deliver to one

Damaged in transit

Inspect every door at delivery before signing. If the carton is damaged, refuse the shipment or note it on the BOL. Email a photo to damage@kbpdoors.com within 48 hours and we will replace it free.
